The June L. Mazer Lesbian Archives is one of the largest archives in the world dedicated to collecting, protecting, and preserving Lesbian, feminist, and queer women’s history. Creating a safe place to explore the past while paving the way for future generations to understand their own history and identity. Originally founded in the Bay Area as the West Coast Lesbian Collections, the archives were moved to Southern California in1987 by June L. Mazer and Bunny Mac Culloch.
